Equinox Gold is undertaking a massive fundraising event to support the Geraldton District Hospital, among other charities and organizations. The main event is a 24-day bike relay leaving Vancouver, BC on August 5, 2024 and ending on August 28, 2024 at the mine opening ceremony for our new Greenstone Mine in Geraldton, Ontario. In addition to celebrating the opening of Greenstone Mine, the event will raise money for the Geraldton District Hospital, which serves a 2,767-km2 region in Northern Ontario including five Indigenous communities and the Greenstone Mine workforce.
